HDS’s response to Coronavirus COVID-19

A Letter from the Owner

Dear HDS Clients

Given the increasing prevalence of and disruptions caused by COVID-19, our team has decided to update everyone on how we will be proceeding with business given the pandemic.

HD Showings will be operating business as usual. We will maintain the same office hours and photographers will still be available to shoot during normal daylight hours. However, we will be taking certain precautions to protect our staff, clients, and homeowners:

  • Photographers will be using hand sanitizer before and after shooting a home.
  • Photographers may be politely refusing handshakes in an effort to prevent any spread of germs.
  • If you or the homeowner are meeting the photographer and feel unwell, we respectfully ask that you contact our office to reschedule your appointment for when you feel better.

In addition, COVID- 19 may impact our photo delivery times as things progress.  Due to the nature of our business, our admin and editing staff work all around the country. While we will still deliver completed orders within our 48 hour turnaround time, we can’t promise it will be as quickly as we have been. We are keeping updated on the status of the outbreak and how it is impacting our employees.
