Once you have created an account, new orders can by placed by following THESE instructions.
We have multiple photographers and can usually schedule the shoot within a day or two, sometimes even the same day. In the summer months it may take longer due to the high volume of requests we receive. Feel free to reach out to us at any time to discuss time frames.
We quote a 48 hour turnaround time or less (excluding holidays) to edit the photos. If you need the photos sooner, we offer Next Morning Rush Delivery for an additional $30.00.
Some products, such as Video or Floor Plans, have additional processing time depending on the extent of the project.

Our services can be paid for with a credit card or debit card online.
We price our services competitively and do not discount lower than what you see listed on our order page. From time to time we do offer incentives, and after placing your first order you will be eligible to receive these via email. If you have something else of value to offer us for our services, let us know. We are always looking for synergistic business deals.

Preparation & Delivery
Yes, please click HERE for a printable list of how to prepare the home for photography. If you would like glossy hardcopies to give out at listing presentations, please send us your mailing address HERE.
The photographer is not responsible for preparing the home for photography. Cleaning, staging, arranging, and decluttering should be finished before the photographer arrives. The photo shoot is scheduled based on the time it takes to shoot a home that is photo-ready. If the home is not photo-ready the number or images or the quality of the images will likely suffer. If the home needs staging, we have several recommendations for staging companies.
You will be sent an email and text with the time frame for the photo shoot. We do our best to allow for appropriate travel time between photo shoots but unforeseen occurrences (traffic, construction, accidents etc.) do come up. Please allow a 5 min buffer for the photographer to arrive. We will contact you if there is a delay over 5 min.
The home must be completely ready for photography when the photographer arrives.
It is advised that the home be as empty of people and pets as possible. Our wide angle lenses are tough to hide from and shuffling people/animals/stuff from room to room will take away time allotted for photography.
Laundry rooms and garages are photographed only on request.
We do not cancel photography appointments due to weather unless it is severe. Our gear is water tight and we are prepared to shoot. Often times, agents or clients are anxious to get their home on the market and the weather is not a factor.
Sky replacements for overcast skies are provided at no additional charge.
If you would prefer to reschedule due to the weather please do so within 24 hours of the shoot and there will be no charge to reschedule or cancel.
Any rescheduling within 24 hours of the shoot date due to weather will incur a $75 fee.
Things happen, we understand that. Appointments can be modified within 24 hours and there will be no charge to reschedule or cancel. If something happens and you need to reschedule, log onto your account HERE and follow the directions found HERE to cancel or reschedule.
Photoshoots canceled the day of photography will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. If we arrive at the property and are unable to gain access, we will attempt to contact you via the information you have given us. If the shoot must be abandoned, you will be charged a $75 fee.
Not necessarily. We have shot thousands of homes for hundreds of real estate agents, home owners, and business owners in Florida. If you are a new client you may wish to be present so that we can build a relationship and collaborate on your marketing style. Many of our long term clients are comfortable with our knowledge of their needs and prefer to focus on other things while we photograph the home.
You will receive an email with a link to download all images via .zip file, which is the fastest way to get the photos on your computer.

The Property Website links included in that email can simply be copied and pasted to the MLS or used for your personal marketing.
You will be notified by text and email once your content has been delivered. Directions for downloading can be found HERE.

Once you have visited the Download Center for your property, your files will be downloaded to your computer in a .zip file. If you use a Windows operating system, follow THESE simple steps to get access to your files. If you use a Mac operating system, follow THESE steps to get access to your files.

In the U.S., the copyright belongs to the person who took the picture. We then license usage to our clients. Imagery is licensed for the length of the listing agreement with usage granted only to the client purchasing the license.
Long term licensing is available through our commercial photography order form HERE under Airbnb/Vacation/Rental.
Our normal licensing fees do not include resale rights. If this is something you or your company is interested in, please call us for rates. If your listing does not sell and another agent would like to re-license usage for the same imagery, we will invoice them for the same amount paid by the original licensee. However, the original licensee can receive a credit equal to 25% of the dollar amount re-licensed that can be used toward products that we provide.

Property Websites are often confused with Video Slideshows, Video Walkthroughs, and 3D Walkthroughs. These are separate products.
The Branded link includes your photo, logo, and contact information. This should be used for any advertisement of the property excluding the MLS, which has special rules prohibiting the display of agent information.
The Unbranded link is stripped of your contact information but does contain all other home information and images. This tour is in compliance for use with the MLS.
